Project goal: increase the competences of employees in manufacturing enterprises belonging to the food processing sector, using the specialist training program for employees, developed, tested and implemented due to the cooperation with the foreign partner, i.e. ARIADNE Engineering AB in Västerås (Sweden) and the national partner – Millano spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowo-akcyjna. The assumption of the project is to prepare and develop a training and didactic program dedicated to enterprises and employees of the food industry in the manufacturing sector. For this purpose, it is also planned to develop and adapt jointly and as part of cooperation with a foreign partner and a national partner – an innovative tool supporting the monitoring of production processes – traceabiity.

Expected results: the results of the Project, that would not be achieved without the transnational cooperation and the national partnership are i.a.:

  1. increasing the level of qualifications, competences and continuous education of employees of the manufacturing enterprises in the food processing industry in Poland;

  2. developing new business and production management models;

  3. increasing knowledge and competences in a production environment in the scope of Industry 4.0;

  4. increasing the efficiency of the manufacturing process;

  5. increasing the level of use of data obtained in the production process by employees.

The tools and functionalities being a new solution that would not be developed without the transnational cooperation and the national partnership are i.a.:

  1. training and didactic program of using innovative tools DSR 4FACTORY implementing business models in Industry 4.0 for employees from enterprises in the food processing sector;

  2. training and didactic manual and implementation instruction;

  3. technical and software documentation of develop 4FACTORY4.0 models;

  4. traceability tools that enhances monitoring of the manufacturing process in the entire supply chain.

The subject of the project is development and implementation of innovative, absent in Poland, original, complete specialist training and didactic program, which due to the specificity of designed solutions cannot be implemented without development of, together with Foreign Partner, traceability tool that enhances monitoring of the manufacturing process in the entire supply chain.
