MES 4FACTORY

A comprehensive solution for production, collecting data directly from production machines

Recording working hours on production terminals is not enough, cycle times are too short, and employees often forget to record operations – so working hours need to be recorded directly from the machines.

The MES 4FACTORY system enables automatic recording of machine working hours!

MES 4FACTORY

Here's what our solution can do

The MES 4FACTORY application allows you to report employee work on an ongoing basis and additionally monitor machines.

Signals from machines are collected, processed and displayed on desktops, dashboards and reports.

With one comprehensive application, you can manage and monitor
the operation of both modern machines and traditional manual workstations.

MES 4FACTORYenables direct collection of work and production data from machines by downloading signals from them. It records actual operation times, monitors machine availability, downtime and performance. It visualises the status of the Order and Machine to the operator on an ongoing basis. It enables real-time analysis of OEE indicators.

SFC 4FACTORYa set of software and tools for tracking, planning and reporting work progress in a production plant based on defined routes (technologies). It enables the assignment of employees to workstations, working time accounting, competence verification and analysis of compliance with the production plan.

4 work environments – one coherent solution

MOBILE APPLICATION – MES TERMINAL – SFC TERMINAL – ADMINISTRATION PORTAL

MOBILE APPLICATION

  • Recording the working time of field employees
  • Attendance reporting
  • Notifications about downtime, breakdowns, incidents

MES 4FACTORY TERMINAL

  • Work on touch screens or computers
  • Assigning orders and employees to signals collected from machines
  • Access to documentation and drawings

SFC 4FACTORY TERMINAL

  • Work on touch screens or computers
  • Recording of production events on the shop floor
  • Recording of working time and production progress at manual workstations – from which it is not possible to download signals from machines
  • Access to documentation and drawings

ADMINISTRATION PORTAL

  • Management of employees, competences and teams
  • Management of teams
  • Assignment of tasks
  • Reporting and system configuration
  • Visualisation of machine status (virtual 3D plant)

Identifier and code support

  • The mobile application and MES 4FACTORY and SFC 4FACTORY terminals support barcodes and QR codes

  • Automatic start of work on a Work Order operation after scanning an identifier from the production guide, tag or any operation identifier

  • Support for RFID cards as user login identifiers

  • Integration with RCP systems – verification of attendance and time spent at the workstation.

Portals for suppliers and external employees

Supplier portal

Cooperating partners can confirm the progress of ordered components.

You have a real-time overview of order fulfilment.

Employee portal

Temporary employees can confirm their attendance in advance. Integration with RCP/HR systems allows you to retrieve information about holidays, sick leave or other absences.

Integration with ERP 4FACTORY and APS 4FACTORY

The MES 4FACTORY application is ready for integration with ERP and APS systems.

You gain full control over events in the area of production and resource management.

Our solutions are used by, among others:

What is the MES 4FACTORY system?

It is a comprehensive Manufacturing Execution System that supports real-time management and monitoring of production processes. It includes the SFC 4FACTORY system, which is responsible for recording the work of operators and teams.

What is the MES 4FACTORY application used for?

It is used to record and analyse production data: order progress, machine operation, downtime, quality and resource utilisation. Thanks to the built-in SFC 4FACTORY, it also allows you to manage the logging and work of operators at workstations that do not allow signals to be collected from machines.

What are the benefits of implementing MES 4FACTORY?

    • full visibility of production in real time,
    • increased OEE and better machine utilisation,
    • reduction of losses and downtime,
    • improved quality and faster analysis of error causes,
    • integration of production data with ERP 4FACTORY and APS 4FACTORY,
    • elimination of paper documentation thanks to the SFC 4FACTORY module.

How does the MES 4FACTORY programme work?

The system operates in the Microsoft Azure cloud, and the applications are available in a web browser. It collects data from machines (IoT, PLC) and employees via MES 4FACTORY and SFC 4FACTORY terminals. The data is processed and presented in the form of reports, production tables and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What are the functions of the MES 4FACTORY system?

    • recording of production events (start/stop, downtime, failures),
    • order and batch tracking,
    • quality and traceability monitoring,
    • performance and cost reporting,
    • operator login and work management thanks to SFC,
    • use of IoT for communication with machines,
    • possibility of integrating AI 4FACTORY and APS 4FACTORY.

How does MES 4FACTORY differ from SFC 4FACTORY?

MES 4FACTORY is a complete system for monitoring and analysing production processes (machines, quality, performance), while SFC 4FACTORY focuses on handling and recording human work. MES 4FACTORY always includes SFC 4FACTORY, but SFC 4FACTORY can be implemented independently as a ‘light’ solution .
