As President of the Management Board at DSR S.A., Piotr is responsible for shaping the company’s development strategy, coordinating the research and development department, collaborating with technology partners, and advising on the digitisation and increased efficiency of manufacturing companies. Under his leadership, DSR has dynamically expanded its portfolio of innovative IT solutions, including the market-leading DSR 4FACTORY suite — a comprehensive Industry 4.0 platform.
He began his career at the American company QAD, where he managed ERP implementation projects for major clients including 3M, AB, JTT Computers, TIM and Zetkama. Building on this experience, he has led the further development of DSR, implementing strategies that have strengthened the company’s position as a leader in ERP, MES, APS, CMMS, EAM and AI systems for manufacturing.
He graduated from Wrocław University of Technology and holds an MBA from the Helsinki School of Economics and the Poznań School of Banking. He has completed numerous training courses in project management and technological innovation. He is also a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology and Authorities Study at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
DSR has received numerous awards and accolades under his leadership, including the prestigious ‘The Best of Industry 4.0’ award in 2024. He has supported the development of strategic partnerships with companies such as IT Vision (ERP system extensions) and GM System (CAD/CAM/PLM integration). He actively promotes the DSR 4FACTORY brand in international markets by implementing export programmes such as Go to Brand, through which the company presented its solutions in the US and Israel.
He is also a speaker and expert at numerous industry conferences on digital transformation and Industry 4.0, and is the author of articles and analyses on modern industrial technologies.

An experienced manager and expert in digital industrial transformation with over 15 years’ experience in IT and sales management of solutions for the manufacturing sector. He has served as Director of Sales at DSR S.A. since January 2025, where he is responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the Sales Department of the DSR 4FACTORY family of solutions, which support the digitisation of manufacturing companies.
He holds a PhD in Economic Sciences, specialising in Management Sciences, which he obtained in 2014 from Wrocław University of Economics after defending his dissertation entitled ‘Strategies versus business models in the ERP information systems services sector’. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Econometrics, combining analytical competence with business knowledge. He is also a graduate of the Academy of Leadership Psychology at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
He joined DSR in 2014. Initially working as a Business Development Manager, he was responsible for developing market offerings and cooperating with customers in the industrial sector. Since October 2024, he has been Deputy Director of Sales and, since January 2025, Director of Sales. In these roles, he has been actively developing sales of advanced digital solutions for manufacturing, including AI, ERP, APS, MES, CMMS and EAM systems. He is one of the creators and leaders of the DSR 4FACTORY concept, which integrates IT systems into the Industry 4.0 model.

An experienced sales and marketing manager with over 25 years’ experience in the sales, promotion and implementation of technology solutions in the B2B and B2C markets. He has been with DSR S.A. since 2015, initially working as a sales consultant for Business Intelligence systems. From 2017 onwards, he has been responsible for creating the image and developing the communication strategy for innovative product brand DSR 4FACTORY — an integrated platform that supports the digital transformation of manufacturing companies.
He graduated from Wrocław University of Technology, specialising in Computer Systems and Networks, and completed the prestigious business programme at IMD Business School in Lausanne. He developed his career within international corporate structures, including at Sony and Rodenstock, where he gained experience in brand management, market entry strategies, and integrated marketing.
At DSR S.A., he has initiated and is leading marketing activities, including positioning the DSR 4FACTORY brand as an IT ecosystem for Industry 4.0, coordinating image and lead generation campaigns, managing the DSR 4FACTORY presence in industry media, developing digital marketing and marketing automation strategies, and implementing tools to support the consultative sale of IT systems to the manufacturing sector. He also conducts public relations and employer branding activities, co-creating expert content and videos, and coordinating communications with key industry partners and media.
