Project goal: The main goal of the project is to prepare a document being a business strategy, outlined for at least 3 years time horizon, defining the ways of entering DSR SA into foreign markets.

Project subject: The subject of the project is to create a long-term business strategy that is a plan to enter into foreign markets in the 3-5 year horizon. At the moment, the management takes into account two leading directions – the German market (shaped and highly developed, where you can compete with a better price of services) and Ukrainian (poorly developed but with very large development prospects).
